Kendra Wainscott has been working in the darkroom and digital photography for over 13 years. She received a BFA in photography from Indiana University and has had her artwork shown in both solo and group exhibitions in numerous cities.
After graduating from university Kendra moved out west and spent a few years working as an action and portrait photographer for Mountain Life Photography shooting skiing, snowboarding, zip lining and on-site portraits. She began doing work for Stephen Isley Jewelry and Art gallery, where her job eventually came to encompass everything from print ad photography and design, to sales, and eventually apprenticing as a metalsmith under Stephen.
In 2017 she decided to keep moving west and has been happily taking photos and creating jewelry from Seattle to Portland. Kendra frequently books jobs throughout the PNW…but wont say no to the occasional wedding in Hawaii.

When she’s not behind a camera or a torch, Kendra is either on a snowboard or a rugby pitch.
